Having 20 minute workouts requires minimal investment of time, energy, and money.

There are many ways to get fit while saving valuable time, and even have a little fun in the process.

Fortunately, whether you wish to exercise at home, in your neighborhood, or at a local gym there are tons of ways to get in your 20 minutes today.

Join A Club

Joining a gym, recreation center, YMCA, or health club is an efficient way to regularly get in a fast workout.

For convenience and to prevent procrastinating your exercise, it is always a good idea to get a membership near your home, office, school, or church.

The costs of a membership could be as low as $20 a month, but to make it worth your time and money you should plan to workout at the facility at least a few times a week.

Once you join a fitness center, your workout options are vast. Some clubs like 24 Hour Fitness offer 15 minute abs workout classes, which are a quick and effective way to get your cardio and toning exercises.

You could then follow this up by five minutes of stationary cycling or treadmill walking. In addition, you can use the pool for water walking, water jogging, and swimming.

If you go to a gym, you will probably get motivated to do a lot more than a basic workout, which is good for your body and mind.

Walking Is Cheap!

Walking around your neighborhood is an easy way to get a free workout and 20 minute fitness.

Walk 10 minutes in one direction, then 10 minutes back, and you have just gotten a completely free workout plus the benefits of fresh air.
